We will email or send you a SMS to verify your purchase and will ask for proof of ID of the original card owner. Transfer your payment via G-Cash. Orders must be paid within 48 hours of completing the purchase.* QR code and number are provided in the Order Confirmation email you receive after completing your order.

Transfer your payment via BPI. Orders must be paid within 48 hours of completing your purchase.* QR code and account number are provided in the Order Confirmation email you receive after completing your order.
*Products are prioritized to orders that paid first. If the item/s you purchased has sold out before you paid, your order will be cancelled.

We ship nationwide! We process and ship out orders within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Domestic shipping rates are provided below.
For Metro Manila orders, you may choose between regular shipping or picking up your order.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
REGULAR SHIPPING

Orders are processed immediately and sent out within 48 hours (2 business days). On a rare occasion, delay may occur but, if so, we will notify you immediately via email.

SAME-DAY PICK-UP

Orders placed before or by 3 PM are immediately processed and can be picked-up on scheduled date and time slot or within the afternoon.

Note: Orders received on Saturdays -- 3:00pm onwards, during the weekend, on eve of a holiday, and on holidays will be processed the following business day.
SAME-DAY PICK-UP
Same-day Pick-up is available Monday - Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders received and paid after 3 PM are for next day pick up. Expect a SMS or email from us with full pick-up details when your order is ready.

TRACKING
Regular Shipping
- Once picked up by the courier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number/s.
- Track your package by clicking the tracking number provided in the email. This will redirect you to the tracking page of the courier. You then input your tracking number.
- It is the customer's responsibility to track the order. But if you encounter any issue with tracking your order just reach out to us via email: sales@nekidswimwear.com and we'll help you out.
Note: We use third party services for delivery and shipping your orders. We are not affiliated with them in any way. We are not at fault for any delayed or missing parcels.
PICK-UP
- If you had your order picked-up by a third party on-demand delivery service, you are responsible for tracking your order.
