Payments

    • Credit Card payment via Stripe

    Accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover. If activated, you may also pay express via Apple Pay & Google Pay.

    • Credit Card via PayPal  (you don't need a PayPal account to do so!) *

    *PayPal does not process orders/payments with a different credit card billing and shipping address (i.e. Items can only be delivered to the same billing address as the credit card is registered to.)

    • Bank Deposit/Online Bank Transfer (BDO, BPI)

    For payments done through bank deposit/online transfer, you will receive instructions & account details after checkout. Please note both BPI & BDO now charge transaction fees for bank transfers. Customers will bear the transfer fee costs.

    *You may transfer payment to BDO/BPI via GCash/PayMaya.

    • Money Transfer via Western Union, & Cebuana Lhuillier

    For payments through money transfer, you will receive instructions after checkout.

    We will hold your order for 48 hours (2 business days). If you need more time, please reach out to us by email at sales@nekidswimwear.com with your order details (i.e. order number & details).

    We ship nationwide! We process and ship out orders within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Domestic shipping rates are provided below.

    For Metro Manila orders, you may choose between regular shipping or picking up your order.

    Processing of Orders

    Regular Shipping 

    • Credit Card/PayPal

    Orders are processed immediately and sent out within 48 hours (2 business days). On a rare occasion, delay may occur but, if so, we will notify you immediately via email.

    • Bank Transfer/Deposit 

    Orders are processed within 48 hours (2 business days), after payment is confirmed on our end. We will only ship out your order once we can confirm receipt of your payment with the bank. Please expect delay in shipment, sometimes banks take 2-3 days before reflecting your payment details.

    Same-day Pick-up 

    • Credit Card/Paypal

    Orders placed before or by 2 PM are immediately processed and can be picked-up on scheduled date and time slot or within the afternoon.

    • Bank Transfer/Deposit

    • Your order will only be prepared once payment is confirmed on our end by the bank.

    If you'd like to receive your order right away, opt for Credit Card/Paypal payment.


    Note:
    Orders received on Saturdays -- 4:00pm onwards, during the weekend, on eve of a holiday, and on holidays will be processed the following business day.

    Same-day Pick-up

    Same-day Pick-up is available Monday - Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders received and paid after 2 PM are sent out the next day. Expect a SMS or email from us with full pick-up details when your order is ready. You may receive this before your scheduled time or on your scheduled time slot.

    Customers must select a date and time slot to pick-up their order. Orders completed without a scheduled pick-up slot are not prioritized  and cannot be rushed. Be rest assured that, as long as your order is received by 2 PM and your payment is cleared by 2 PM you can pick-up your order that day.

    If you realized you did not schedule a time slot or you'd like to Pick Up your order instead of having it shipped, please send us an email with your Order No. at sales@nekidswimwear.com within 2 hours of completing your order or payment. Please note, if you've paid the shipping fee but decided to Pick Up your order instead, we will not refund the fee. So please be firm on your selection before completing your order.

    To successfully book a pick-up, you must also choose 'Same-day Pick-up' at checkout when prompted to choose a delivery method. If you scheduled a pick-up but chose 'Free Regular Shipping', we will ship your order by courier.

    Be a responsible customer, double check your order details before completing your order.

    Tracking

    Regular Shipping

    • Once picked up by the courier, you will receive an e-mail or text with your tracking number/s. 
    • Track your package by clicking the tracking number provided in the email. This will redirect you to the tracking page of the courier. You then input your tracking number.
    • It is the customer's responsibility to track the order. But if you encounter any issue with tracking your order just reach out to us via e-mail: sales@nekidswimwear.com and we'll help you out.

    Note: We use third party services for delivery and shipping your orders. We are not affiliated with them in any way. We are not at fault for any delayed or missing parcels. 

    Pick-up

    • If you had your order picked-up by a 3rd party on-demand delivery service, you are responsible for tracking your order.

      Note: We ship our items via various shipping couriers - whichever is available to ship to your location. We strive to work with reliable shipping companies. We are, however, not affiliated with any of them. If you have a preferred shipping company do let us know and we will accommodate your request. If the preferred shipping company charges above what the customer paid for shipping, the customer will bear the difference.
