Shipping

We ship internationally! We can ship to your country via UPS Worldwide. If you would like to get a quote, please e-mail us at sales@nekidswimwear.com or here with 'Express Shipping Quote' as the subject.

US, Canada, Europe
Get complimentary express shipping with minimum spend of $150 USD.

Singapore, Hong Kong
Get complimentary express shipping with minimum spend of $150 USD.

Australia, New Zealand, Japan
Get complimentary express shipping with minimum spend of $150 USD.

Shipping rates start at $15 depending on your location.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Except for incidents wherein your order has become out of stock and we are unable to deliver the item/s, we will cancel your order and refund you the amount.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

International online purchases can be returned for Store Credit within 45 days of receipt. 

  • We accept returns that reach us within 45 days from the date of receipt with a valid Order Reference number.
  • We charge a P200 PHP (~$4 USD) fee (deducted from your store credit) to cover handling and processing fees.
  • We only accept returns for full-priced items (non-sale items), and items bought with promotional discounts with maximum 20% discount. 
  • Sample sale, sale, beauty & wellness, and items bought with discount above 20% are not eligible for returns. These are all final sale items.
  • Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their hygiene stickers and tags intact!
  • After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. Any delivery fees incurred for your order will not be refunded.

*We do not accept returns of sale items. Sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

To initiate a return, please go to our Returns Portal. Input your Order Number and e-mail address or phone number used in your order.

Exchanges

We cannot facilitate direct exchanges for international orders, but you may use your store credit to repurchase your desired size or style.

Store Credit

You'll receive Store Credit in your account (in the form of a gift-card) for returning an order, within 14 business days from when we receive your order. 

Store Credit has no expiry, are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • You'll receive Store Credit equivalent to the purchase value of the item into your account. 
  • Store Credit is based on website's main currency (PHP).
  • Shipping and handling fees, duties, and taxes are excluded and cannot be refunded for store credit. 

Damaged/Defective Item

All of our styles are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you.

In the unlikely event that the apparel is faulty, email us at returns@nekidswimwear.com within 5 days of receipt. Please include images showing the faulty/damaged product. We'll make sure to sort out the problem quickly.

Note: We are not liable for any damages caused by mishandling, and normal wear and tear.


Shipping Fees, Duties & Taxes


The customer will be responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes. We reserve the right to refuse a return that has unpaid duties and taxes being charged to us.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. This applies to undeliverable or refused shipments, missing, and stolen shipments.
