Return + Exchange

Thank you for shopping with /'Nekid/ Swimwear! We hope you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. However if you are not, we do accommodate returns and exchanges of merchandise following certain conditions.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. Except for incidents wherein your order has become out of stock.

Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - hygiene stickers need to be intact as originally received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return: 

  • Please cite the issue with the product you received (i.e. size is too small, bottom is too big, etc.) along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Email us at with the below details

    • Attach a photo of the damage of the product (if applicable).

Once we receive your email, we will review the issue and check the availability of the item you want to exchange it for. 

You will receive an email of confirmation within 48 hours if it is available, and it will be reserved for you.

If the item of your choice is not available, we can give you store credit redeemable for the next 6 months.

There are certain situations where only partial store credit is granted (if applicable) 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, exchanged and be eligible for store credit, unfortunately sample sale and sale items cannot be returned nor exchanged. All sample sale and sale items are final sale.

Effective Nov. 13, 2017, all item/s bought with a promotional discount (i.e. using a 10% discount code on your first purchase) are also considered final sale. Item/s will only be applicable for returns & exchanges if we accidentally send you the wrong order and/or if the item is defective or damaged on receipt.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Got the wrong size? No problem! You may exchange your order to a different size. 
Got a damaged item? Let us know and we will replace it with a different one. 

Certain conditions are applied:

Bikini Sets
Bikinis sold as a set can only be exchanged as a set. We cannot accommodate requests for a size change for just the top OR bottom of the set.

Bikini tops bought can be exchanged for a different size. The item must be received in its original condition, complete with tags. Any obvious signs of use (aside from being tried on) would not be accepted and we will send the item back to you at your cost. If we have ran out of stock for the color & size you need, you have the option to choose a different item from the shop or receive shop credit valid for 12 months.

Bikini bottoms bought can be exchanged for a different size but at /'Nekid/ Swimwear's discretion. For hygienic reasons, approval for this will be a case-by-case basis. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

/'Nekid/ Swimwear will bear costs for returns for damaged items.

To avoid additional expenses occured on returns, we recommend messaging us for help on sizing concerns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 2000 pesos, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
