We hope you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. However if you are not, we do accommodate returns and exchanges of merchandise following certain conditions.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. Except for incidents wherein your order has become out of stock and we are unable to deliver the item/s, we will cancel your order and refund you the amount.
Returns & Exchanges
Only regular priced items (non-sale items) are accepted for returns & exchanges*. Item/s may only be exchanged once to a different size of the same style. All sale items are final sale (as indicated below, under Sale Items)

Items can only be exchanged once to a different size. Please make sure you are exchanging to the right size. If you ordered multiple items in one order, and would like more than one exchanged, you must request an exchange for all items together. We do not allow separate/multiple exchange requests per order.
Bikinis bought as a set can only be exchanged as a set. We cannot accommodate requests for a size change for just the top OR bottom of the set - has to be both.
Bikini tops: bought may be exchanged tor a different size if it is still available. The item must be received in its original condition, complete with tags. Any obvious signs of use (aside from being tried on) would not be accepted and we will send the item back to you at your cost. If we have run out of stock for the size you need, you may opt for a store credit.
Bikini bottoms: bought may be exchanged to a different size but at /'Nekid/ Swimwear's discretion. For hygienic reasons, approval for this will be on a case-by-case basis.
Maillots bought may be exchanged to a different size but at /'Nekid/ Swimwear's discretion. For hygienic reasons, approval for this will be on a case-by-case basis.
Faulty or/and Damaged Item/s
All of our styles are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. We also take photos of your order before we send them out.
In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, you may go to our Returns Portal to initiate a return. Please note you have to do this within 5 days of receipt. Please include max of 5 images showing the faulty/damaged product. We'll make sure to sort out the problem quickly.
Note: We are not liable for any damages caused by mishandling, and normal wear and tear.
Our local return policy lasts 5 days from receipt. If 5 days have gone by from the day you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it -all inclusions and hygiene stickers need to be intact as originally received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Shipping Policy
/'Nekid/ Swimwear will only bear costs for return and forward shipping for faulty or damaged items. For exchanges ex-damaged item/s you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs -- for returning and forwarding the item/s.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To avoid additional expenses occurring on returns, we recommend messaging us for help on sizing concerns.
If you are shipping an item over P2000 pesos, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Go to nekidswimwear.com, at the bottom of the homepage click Returns Portal.
- You will the be instructed to enter your Order Number (i.e. #NKD0000) and email address.
- You may then choose the item/s you are looking to return.
- After, you may indicate reason for the return and upload max. 5 photos.
- You may then choose to exchange the items to another size or opt for store credit instead.
- Please note, international orders can only opt for store credit. Store Credits do not expire. Store Credits are sent digitally via Gift Card.
- You will only be credited for the price of the item/s you returned, excludes any shipping or customs fees you may have paid for.
- Click submit and wait for approval/rejection of request. This may take up to 48 hours or 2 business days.
- If approved, you have 3 business days to send back the item/s to us. Exchange item/s will only be sent out once we receive shipping fee payment for forwarding the order back to you. Once payment is received, we will ship out item/s within 36 hours.
- For damaged item/s, we will ship out new item/s within 36 hours.
Please ship items via a reputable courier, and one that offers a tracking service. We will only process return requests when we receive the item/s. Keep a the invoice/receipt for proof of shipment incase any issue arises with the courier.
Sale Items (if applicable)
All sample sale and sale items are final sale. Only regular priced items may be returned, exchanged, and be eligible for store credit. Sample sale and sale items cannot be returned, nor exchanged, nor refunded.
Flash Sale / Promotional Discount
Flash sales and other promotional discounts have their own T&C's specified. Please read the T&C's or message us first to check if item/s will be allowed for exchange under specific promotion.
All item/s bought with a promotional discount (i.e. items priced down by 25% or higher) are also considered final sale. Item/s will only be applicable for returns & exchanges if we accidentally send you the wrong order and/or if the item is defective or damaged when received. Please note, normal wear & tear not included. Please handle and try on the item/s with care.
In the event that there are no item/s available in your size to exchange to, we will grant you with Store Credit.
You'll receive Store Credit in your account (in the form of a gift-card) within 14 business days from when we receive your order. Store Credit has no expiry, are non-transferable and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
1. Store credit amount only pertains to the price of the product/s when purchased (i.e. amount = price of item/s indicated on receipt/invoice).
2. Shipping fee/s paid by customer is non-creditable.
3. Store credit can only be used once; it cannot be broken down and used in separate transactions.
4. When purchasing item/s with store credit:
- if price is above your store credit, the customer will have to top up the difference.
- if price is below your store credit, we do not refund the difference. The remaining balance is nullified. However, points you earn from the original purchase will not be affected & will reflect original amount spent.
Please note there are certain situations where only partial store credit is granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.
Store credit is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged to cash.
Using of Store Credit
- Checkout as per normal.
- On checkout -- payment page, select the redeem button
- All available store credit is applied.
If the item was noted as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t noted as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
