No, we don't. We only offer returns for Store Credit.
We only cancel and refund your payment if we are unable to fulfill your order. Change of mind or buyer remorse are not accepted.

We do not retroactively apply discount codes. Please make sure you have inputted it correctly on the Discount Code box found at checkout. Please make sure you see the price change and the discount is applied before completing your purchase.

Same-day Pick Up & Delivery orders will be processed within 4 hours. Unless you ordered on a Sunday or holiday, then it will be for next working day.
Regular Shipping orders are processed within 2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking once booked with the courier.

We now offer Same-Day Delivery for a fee. If you're in a rush, need your order on the same day, and don't have the time to book a rider - we'll book it for you!

Order by 4 PM the same-day. Just choose Pick Up as your shipping option as you checkout. Any orders done & paid after that will be for next day pick up.
You can Pick Up the order yourself, using your driver, or book an on-demand courier.Same-day Pick Up is available Mondays - Saturdays, excluding holidays. Pick ups are from 9 AM - 6 PM daily.
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a Pick Up Notification email that contains instructions and full pick up details.

Item/s purchased with Store Credit is equal to the exchange from your original order. You can no longer exchange the item/s bought with the Store Credit.

This is my first order at Nekid after choosing from a lot of other online swimwear shops. I'm very happy with my choice! I love the design and color of the Freja set, got a lot of compliments! I got a small size for the top and medium size for the bottom. Both fit nicely on me.
