Great question! We base the name colors using Pantone colors. If you'd like to see what the color of the design looks like, best to search them online.
Please note, though they do provide an accurate depiction of the color. Please still allow some variance as sometimes colors translated to fabric differs from colors translated digitally or on paper.

As a general rule, for swimwear you should always size down as the fabric can stretch and water makes the fabric loose.

High-waist bottoms - should be based on waist and hips measurement.
Low-rise, hipster bottoms - should be based on hips measurement.

We tend to use different types of nylon-spandex and they all stretch differently. You'll see that the composition of the fabrics are not all the same & these play a big part on the fit of the design.
But, also, even fabrics of the same composition may fit differently. The color/dye used on the fabric also affects its stretchability. This is beyond our control. Always read the product descriptions & watch out for size recommendations.

No, almost every brand have their own sizing. Also, brands use different fabrics so theirs might fit differently from ours. Best to choose your size depending on where your measurements fall under our size chart.

Yes, purchasing from our online store is extremely safe and secure. Our website uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store your credit card details nor do we share your personally identifiable information with any third party.
Our payment option is also secured by Stripe. A globally known payment gateway that is used by reputable names like Amazon, Meta, Target. You may search the company if it will help you feel more secure.

We offer a variety of payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards through our payment gateway: Stripe. You may also checkout using Apple & Google Pay through Stripe. We also take store credit in the form of e-gift cards.

Yes, you can. We have now created an order form integrated within our website.
You can easily access this from the main menu of the website under the 'MY ORDERS' tab. Just hover over the tab and a sub-menu pops out. Click 'ORDER FORM FOR CASH PAYMENT' and fill in the necessary details asked in the form.

Our website allows you to view our prices in different currencies. You automatically see prices in the currency corresponding to your location. You may also select your currency by clicking the drop down located at the corner of our website. The prices you see on the website are an estimate and are based on live m2m rates provided by a 3rd party currency converter app.
Please note, however, that all our pricing and transactions are processed in PHP. The conversion rate would depend on your credit card company being used on the transaction. -
In these cases, please try to contact your issuing bank, they may be blocking the transaction.
Some banks prohibit cross-border transactions or your limit may be insufficient.
There may also be issues with the volume of transactions or your connection. Kindly try again after some time.
Orders

You should have received a confirmation email instantly after placing an order. A shipping confirmation email should also follow as soon as we finish processing your order.
If you did not receive an email from Nekid Swimwear at all within a few hours of placing your order, please check your Spam folder.
It is also possible that you entered the wrong email address or it was misspelled when you checked out.
If you think you gave us the wrong email address, please do email us at sales@nekidswimwear.com or at our Contact Us page to have the necessary information sent to your correct email address. -
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email via the email address you provided on your order.

Normally, the courier messages or calls to inform you that they are on their way to you. This is done so you can inform them to deliver at a later time or day if necessary. But, sometimes they are busy and are not able to.
At the off-chance they show up and there's no one to receive the order, don't worry as they will try to deliver one more time.
We recommend you contact them regarding your order & let them know when and what time it is best to re-deliver your package. Their customer service number/s will be available on their respective websites. Or simply click the tracking number provided to you in the shipping confirmation email & it will redirect you to their website.
In the unlikely chance that they return the item to us (which they will do after 2 failed attempts of delivery), we will contact you & you will have to pay the shipping fee again.

The sales team is very quick at processing orders to make sure they get delivered to you as soon as possible -- especially Same-Day Pick Up orders.
If you realized you made a mistake and would like to change anything with your order after you've purchased, you need to email us at sales@nekidswimwear.com within 2 hours & request a change in item/s. After the elapsed window, we cannot guarantee we can still accommodate your request.
Please note, we can no longer change your order once it has been packed and sent out for delivery.

Yes we do! Order by 3 PM the same-day. Just choose 'Pick Up' as your shipping option as you checkout. Any orders done & paid after that will be for next day pick up.
You can Pick Up the order yourself, using your driver, or book an on-demand courier.Same-day Pick Up is available Mondays - Saturdays, excluding holidays. Pick ups are from 9 AM - 6 PM daily.
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a 'Pick Up Notification' email that contains instructions and full pick up details.

Great news! We now offer Same-Day Delivery for a fee. If you're in a rush, need your order on the same day, and don't have the time to book a rider - we'll book it for you!

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. This applies to undeliverable or refused shipments, missing, and stolen shipments.
Should you return an item purchased from us for store credit, you will only be credited for the price of the products.

Same-day Pick Up means you can get your order the same-day. We usually process your order within 4 hours.
Nationwide shipping can take up to 7 business days depending on your area
International shipping could take up to 14 business days depending on your country. -
Regular Shipping
Once your order & payment is confirmed, we start processing your order. You'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number & link to the tracking page. The shipment's status may take 12-24 hours to show up.
Same-day Pick Up
You'll receive a 'Pick Up Notification' email once your order is ready. Usually within 4 hours (if ordered before 3 PM, otherwise you'll receive it next working day).
International Express Shipping
The shipment's status should be available within 24 hours of receiving the shipping email confirmation.

Yes. International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy. Customer's bear the cost of this.
Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods. The customs value is made up of: the price paid for the goods, the insurance cost, the shipping cost.The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your house, or with the guard or receptionist of your building/compound/subdivision in case they received the package on your behalf. Also try checking with your neighbor incase it was delivered to them by mistake.
You may also send us an email at sales@nekidswimwear.com & we will help you contact the courier & locate your package. We are always willing to provide assistance when this happens. However, Nekid Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery has been confirmed through the order tracker.
Returns & Exchanges

We DO NOT offer refunds. Except for incidents wherein your order has become out of stock and we are unable to deliver the item/s, we will cancel your order and refund you the amount.

We allow returns & exchanges on non-sale items. Sale, Merch, and accessories are non-exchangeable & non-refundable.
You may exchange your item to a different size or Store Credit only. This will be in a form of an e-gift card with a discount code that you may input on the discount box when you checkout.
You have 5 days from date of receipt to initiate a return & exchange request via the Returns Portal.

We only allow customers to exchange ONCE. And only to a different size or to Store Credit.
If you purchased multiple items in your order, you'll have to request an exchange for these together. We do not allow separate exchange requests.
Item/s ordered and paid with using the Store Credit received, are considered to be the item/s exchanged to. The item/s will no longer be applicable for return & exchange.

To exchange to a different color or style, you'll have to request a Store Credit exchange.
We do not offer direct color or style exchanges. As these item/s have different SKUs and prices.
You'll have to ship the original item/s back to us, and if all is ok with the item/s (i.e. tags are attached, stickers are intact, item/s remain unused and unwashed), you will receive your Store Credit via email in the form of an E-Gift Card.

You will need to input your order number (i.e. #NKD0000) and the email address or mobile number associated with your order.
Follow the prompts. You may either request for Size Exchange or to Store Credit (for other colors or styles).

Returns are free if you were sent the wrong order or if you receive faulty or damaged item/s. However, this does not include damages caused by mishandling, and normal wear and tear.
Other than that, customers bear the shipping fees for returning & exchanging of orders.
For international orders, we charge a P100 PHP fee (deducted from your store credit) to cover handling and processing fees. The customer will be responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes. Given this, please declare minimum shipment value for returned parcels. We reserve the right to refuse a return that has unpaid duties and taxes being charged to us.

We highly encourage you do. This will help prove that you are sending back the item/s undamaged. This also proves you received your order & are able to send it back to us (incase the courier loses your package en route to us).
Returns for damaged/faulty item/s and wrong item/s, it is mandatory you upload photos.

If your return request was approved, please do email us your preferred way of returning the item/s.

If you opted to return by regular courier, on your own account, you don't have to do anything except give the package to the courier when they arrive at your place.
If you opted to have us book the courier for you, once we receive payment, you just have to wait for them to pick up the package.
If you opted to return by using an On-Demand Courier Service (i.e. Grab), you have 3 business days to return the item/s to us.
Please note, if you fail to return the items in 3 business days we will assume you have changed your mind and cancel the exchange request.

Once your request has been approved, you have 3 business days to ship back the items to us.
You'll need to email us the photo of the waybill or the tracking number if you send it out by regular courier.
Item/s not returned to us within 3 business days will not be accepted.
We are very strict with this, as we want to make sure item/s returned to us are new, unused, and suitable to be sold.

If you opted for On-The-Spot Size Exchange, you can receive your new item right away. However, this must be scheduled with our team at least 24 hours before so we can prepare the item/s.
If you opted for regular courier, it may take 2-4 business days for Metro Manila addresses, and 5-8 days for Provincial addresses.

If your request was rejected, it may be because of the following:
1. You initiated the request past the 5-day window.
2. Your photos were not sufficient enough to prove you received faulty or damaged item/s.
3. You did not send over the item/s within 3-business days after we approved your request.
4. You are exchanging an item/s bought with Store Credit.
Store Credit

Once we confirm the receipt of your returned item/s, we will send you an email with your Store Credit. It comes in the form of an E-Gift Card with a code.
Store Credits are emailed to the email address used on your order.
You may receive your Store Credit up to 7 days from when we receive the returned item/s.

The Store Credit acts like a discount code. Like any discount code, you may type or copy & paste this on the Discount Code box as you Checkout. Please make sure to click the 'APPLY' button and double check that the price of the item/s have been adjusted before completing the Checkout process.

Store Credits do not expire. But we do encourage you use it sooner than later so you will not forget about it.

Unfortunately, you may only use your Store Credit once. We recommend you purchase an item/s equal to the amount.
Nekid Swimwear will not refund or create a new Store Credit for unused balance.

Store Credit is non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash.
Any orders done using the Store Credit with a different name and/or email, and/or account (if applicable) will not be accepted and will be cancelled.
For security reasons, we will only honor purchases done with Store Credit registered to the email address it was sent to.

Your Store Credit acts just like any discount code. Our system can only accommodate one discount code at a time. You will not be able to combine your Store Credit code with any other discount codes or promos.
