*Process:
If paying by bank transfer GCash, you have 24 hrs or 1 business day to transfer payment. We will automatically cancel unpaid orders. If paying by credit card, you have nothing else to do but wait for our message your order is ready to be shipped/picked-up.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email from us that it is ready for dispatch. For those who will have their order picked-up, you will receive the Pick Up notification email once ready.
For those who'll order with on-hand items, you have the option to have the item delivered with your Pre Ordered one/s, or have them shipped separately. If it is the latter, you'll have to pay for delivery twice (IF below the free shipping minimum).

No refunds will be given, except when we are not able to fulfill your order on specified week, then you will receive a full refund.
As always, we allow exchanges to a different size or style (incase you change your mind) after you've received your order. Our usual exchange policy applies.
