Things you need to know

  • Regular Shipping

    Orders can take 2 business days to process before shipping. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. 

    Returns

    If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns for size exchange or store credit within 5 days of receipt. If 5 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a credit or exchange.

    Please note, Swim Pasties are non-returnable, non-exchangeable. All Swim Pasties sales are final. Swim Pasties received for free with Quintessentials orders are also non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. If you exchange your Quintessentials order for Store Credit, P200 PHP will be deducted to your Store Credit for all opened sealed casing.

    • Cold hand wash or soak in water using regular soap.
    • Gentle or regular soap only, do not use fabric conditioner or those with whitening ingredients.
    • To dry, squeeze off excess water and lay flat. If you prefer to hang dry, make sure to pack it when it's dry already, letting it hang too long may cause the shape to stretch/loosen up.
    • Avoid drying in direct sunlight.
    • Do not iron. You may steam if very wrinkled.
    • Avoid oils and tinted sunscreen.
    • Avoid rough surfaces, fibers will snag.
    • Do not pack when wet.

  • The color names we provide are based on colors from Pantone. The colors produced for the designs are also based on Pantone colors.

    If you'd like to see the digital version of the color, we'd recommend looking up the color name using the search engine (i.e. Pantone Poppy). Please do note, there's still minimal variance between digital and actual fabric color.

    Color name for reversible styles are based on flowers, animals, objects, or even places that resemble the color combination of the colorway. The individual colors of the reversible styles are still, however, based on Pantone colors.

  • Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color.

    Nekid Swimwear cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

  • All the tops and maillots included in our Quintessentials collection are unpadded. However, we include a complimentary set of Swim Pasties.

    Prints used in the Quintessential Collection are exclusively licensed for Nekid Swimwear use.

  • Every purchase of maillots and tops from our QUINTESSENTIALS collection includes 1 pair of Swim Tapies.

    Our Swim Pasties are made with 100% Silicone, are hypoallergenic, guaranteed swim proof, and are reusable. With proper care, they may be reused more than 50 times.

  • For hygienic reasons, purchased Swim Pasties are non-returnable, non-exchangeable. All Swim Pasties sales are final.

    Swim Pasties included in your Quintessential orders are non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

    The Swim Pasties are sealed in a casing with a Warranty Void sticker. Once the sealed casing is opened, we will no longer accept the returned Swim Pasties. Please only open when you are sure to keep the Swim Pasties.

    If you are exchanging item/s which includes Free Swim Pasties for Store Credit, and the Swim Pasties sealed casing have been opened, your Store Credit will be deducted P200 PHP.

  • If you chose the wrong size, and color, and we have not shipped your order yet, please email us within 2 hours by replying to the Order Confirmation email and let us know you'd like to change.

    If you have already received your order (it was successfully delivered to you already), you can no longer request a change.

    Free Swim Pasties received with Quintessentials orders cannot be exchanged anymore. If returned for Store Credit, and the sealed casing have been opened, P200 PHP will be deducted from your Store Credit.
